How to cancel Hulu
Hulu renews monthly and does not offer partial refunds, so timing matters. If you are billed through Disney+, Apple, Amazon, or your cable provider, you must cancel there.

Sign in at hulu.com
Use a browser and sign in to the account that owns the subscription.

Open your Account page
Go to secure.hulu.com/account. Under 'Your Subscription' you will see the plan and renewal date.

Click 'Cancel'
Hulu will offer to pause the subscription for up to 12 weeks. Choose 'Continue to Cancel' if you want to end it.

Confirm the cancellation
Complete the final confirmation screen. You will get an email confirming the end date.

Billed by a third party?
If your bank statement shows Apple, Amazon, Roku, or a cable provider, cancel through that company's subscription settings instead.
Good to know
- Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds.
- Disney Bundle subscribers manage cancellation from their Disney+ account page.
- Pausing for up to 12 weeks is an option if you just need a break.
