1. About these draft terms

CancelWise is the service brand, not an identified legal seller. These proposed terms describe use of the service. The contracting party and effective date must be confirmed before the terms are finalized.

2. The service

CancelWise provides subscription and recurring expense audits, spend estimates, saved subscription records and renewal tracking. Figures depend on information you provide and are estimates, not financial advice. Cancellation guides link to third-party services; you remain responsible for completing cancellations and confirming them with the provider.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not use CancelWise for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, malware, unauthorized security probing, automated scraping or interference with the service.

4. Premium and payments

The free tier includes the audit and spend breakdown. Premium is priced at $6 per year, billed annually, equivalent to $0.50 per month. Any recurring purchase renews annually until canceled under the applicable checkout terms. Live purchases are unavailable until seller verification is completed. Saved reminders do not guarantee email delivery; email alerts require an active sending service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refund requests can be made at paddle.net, subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the CancelWise software, documentation and branding remain with their respective rights holders. You retain rights in information you submit and permit its processing only as needed to operate and support the service.

6. Availability and access

The service may be interrupted or contain errors. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated serious policy violations. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Finalization and changes

Seller identification, applicable jurisdiction and effective date remain pending. Once finalized, continued use will signify acceptance of the applicable terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service as appropriate.
