How to cancel Disney+
Disney+ renews monthly or annually. Cancellation takes a minute on the web, but if you subscribed through Apple, Google, or a bundle partner, you must cancel through them.

Sign in at disneyplus.com
Use a browser and sign in to the account that owns the subscription.

Open Account
Click your profile icon and choose 'Account'.

Select your subscription
Under 'Subscription', click your Disney+ plan. You will see the billing details and renewal date.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Disney will ask for a reason and may show offers. Continue through to the final confirmation.

Confirm and keep the email
You receive a confirmation email. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Subscribed via Apple or Google?
Cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions instead.
Good to know
- No refunds for partial periods — cancel before the renewal date.
- Annual subscribers keep access until the year ends; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Bundle subscribers (Hulu/ESPN) cancel the whole bundle from the same page.
