How to cancel LinkedIn Premium
LinkedIn Premium free trials convert to a paid plan automatically, often $40+ per month. Cancel at least a day before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Manage at linkedin.com/premium/manage ↗- 1
Sign in on desktop
Open linkedin.com and sign in. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead (see notes).
- 2
Open Premium subscription settings
Click your profile photo ('Me') → 'Premium features' or go to Settings → Account preferences → Subscriptions & payments → Manage Premium account.
- 3
Click 'Cancel subscription'
On the subscription page, choose 'Cancel subscription'. LinkedIn may offer a discount to stay — decline if you want to cancel.
- 4
Pick a reason and continue
Select any reason and click 'Continue' through the remaining screens.
- 5
Confirm and keep the email
Finish the confirmation. LinkedIn emails a confirmation; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period or trial.
