How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud plans renew automatically and annual plans paid monthly can carry an early-termination fee. Follow these steps to cancel correctly and avoid surprise charges.
Cancel at account.adobe.com/plans ↗- 1
Sign in to your Adobe account
Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with the Adobe ID you used to buy the plan. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel there instead.
- 2
Open the Plans page
Navigate to account.adobe.com/plans. You will see every plan attached to your account, including trials you may have forgotten about.
- 3
Click 'Manage plan'
Find the plan you want to end and select 'Manage plan'. Check the plan type here — annual plans paid monthly behave differently from month-to-month plans.
- 4
Select 'Cancel your plan'
Adobe will show retention offers (discounts, free months, plan switches). Decline them if you want to cancel and continue through each screen.
- 5
Review the early-termination fee
If you are on an annual plan paid monthly, cancelling after the first 14 days typically costs 50% of the remaining contract. Cancelling within 14 days of purchase is usually free with a full refund.
- 6
Confirm and save proof
Complete the final confirmation. Adobe emails a confirmation — keep it. Your apps keep working until the end of the current billing period.
